Nature of our service

Bloomington Dumpster Rental Pros provides temporary roll-off dumpster rentals for residential, commercial and construction projects in Bloomington, Illinois and the surrounding communities — home cleanouts, renovation debris, roofing projects, construction waste, yard waste cleanup and junk removal. Depending on the project, the schedule and the location, we may provide the rental directly or connect you with an independent local dumpster rental provider ("Service Provider"), for example when additional availability or specialized services are needed. When you request a quote, call us or submit information through the website, your information may be shared with a Service Provider able to handle your request. We do not operate disposal facilities or landfills. Each Service Provider operates independently and is responsible for its own pricing, scheduling, operations, disposal practices, customer service and performance. Every rental depends on dumpster availability, the delivery location, the rental duration, the type of material and local and state rules.

Acceptance of terms

By using the website, requesting a quote or contacting us by phone, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you will use our services only for lawful purposes, and that you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

No guarantee of service

We work to provide dependable dumpster rental, but service is not available at all times or in all locations, availability varies with demand and scheduling, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, pricing and service details may vary with project scope, and weather, traffic, facility restrictions or local regulations — including local limits on the hours waste may be collected — may affect scheduling. Same-day and next-day delivery depend on availability. Where a Service Provider handles your rental, the service is performed by that provider, any rental agreement is between you and that provider, and we are not responsible for disputes, delays, scheduling issues or service interruptions arising from it.

Information collection and sharing

When you submit a request, call our number or book a service, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, project details, dumpster size requirements and service location. This information is used to provide service and is shared only with those who need it to fulfil your request, such as a relevant Service Provider or operational partner. The Privacy Policy explains more.

Payments and pricing

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and vary with the dumpster size, the rental period, weight allowances, the type of debris, the delivery location, and any additional rental days, pickups, swap-outs or overage charges. Please review all quoted pricing before booking. Our flat-rate pricing, whenever possible, typically includes delivery, pickup, disposal up to the included weight allowance and the standard rental period. If a load exceeds the included weight, an overage fee may apply based on disposal weight; extra rental days are charged as quoted. We are not responsible for charges caused by overloaded containers, prohibited materials, extended rental periods or inaccessible delivery locations. We accept major credit and debit cards, and payment is generally made when your booking is confirmed, to reserve your delivery slot. Bloomington Dumpster Rental Pros handles pricing for the services we provide directly. Where a Service Provider handles the rental, quotes, billing, refunds and any overage charges are handled directly between you and that provider, and we are not responsible for that provider's quotes, billing errors, refund requests or overage charges.

Use of the container

Standard rentals are commonly 3 to 7 days unless otherwise agreed; longer rentals and extensions may be available for an additional daily or weekly fee, depending on availability. You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible placement area on a flat, solid surface; for keeping all debris below the top rim and spreading the weight evenly; for protecting nearby vehicles, structures and surfaces during loading; and for keeping prohibited materials out. Do not place paint or solvents, oils, fuel or other liquids, hazardous chemicals, batteries, tires, propane tanks, gas cylinders or other pressurized tanks, flammable or toxic waste, medical waste, asbestos-containing materials, or appliances still holding refrigerant in the container. Illinois law keeps electronics (415 ILCS 151/1-83), lead-acid vehicle batteries (415 ILCS 5/22.23), used tires (415 ILCS 5/55), white goods whose regulated components have not been removed (415 ILCS 5/22.28), landscape waste mixed with other waste (415 ILCS 5/22.22) and liquid used oil (415 ILCS 5/21.6) out of landfill-bound waste; yard waste goes only in a separate green load.

Permits and placement

In the City of Bloomington we found no permit requirement for a roll-off on private property such as a driveway. A dumpster in the City right-of-way or street needs a Dumpster Permit from the City Engineering Division, submitted at least 72 hours before delivery, for no more than 30 days unless the Director of Engineering approves longer, with the container in a legal parking space, lighted barricades at the front and rear and a cover when not in use; City Code also bars encroachments in a street or alley unless the Code allows them (§ 38-301) and requires a street closure permit to obstruct a sidewalk, parkway, alley or parking lane (§ 38-303). In the Town of Normal, roll-off boxes are not permitted in a front yard or on a dedicated street right-of-way without Town permission, and sit on a concrete or asphalt pad (Normal Municipal Code § 21.1-4). IDOT requires a permit for work in a state route's right-of-way and has no permit type for a container. Other cities and villages have their own rules. Following local regulations and HOA requirements is the customer's responsibility. We can help explain the local requirements when you book.

Service provider responsibility

When a Service Provider is involved, it operates as an independent business and is responsible for obtaining proper licenses, insurance and permits; complying with local, state and federal laws; safe delivery and removal of the container; safe and lawful disposal of waste; and preventing property damage during delivery or pickup. Bloomington Dumpster Rental Pros does not directly supervise or control Service Providers and is not liable for their conduct or performance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloomington Dumpster Rental Pros, its owners, affiliates, employees and partners are not liable for any injury, property damage or loss arising from services provided by third parties; delays, cancellations or failure to perform by a Service Provider; property damage caused by improper site conditions; delays related to traffic, weather or facility operations; losses arising from misuse of a rented container or unsafe loading; or errors or omissions in the content of this website. Use of our website and services is at your own risk.

No warranties

The website, referrals and our services are provided "as is" and based on availability at the time of scheduling, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including about the quality or reliability of a Service Provider, the accuracy of information on this website, specific delivery or pickup times, or the fitness of any service for a particular purpose. Please verify service details before you book.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloomington Dumpster Rental Pros, its affiliates, owners, employees and representatives from any claims, losses or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of this website or our services, your relationship or transactions with any referred Service Provider, improper use of a rented container, disposal of prohibited materials, unsafe loading or placement conditions, or a violation of these terms.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute arising from the use of this website or our services is handled in the appropriate courts serving McLean County, Illinois. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is posted here with its revised date, and continued use of the website or our services after that means you accept the changes.
